STUDI FAUNA LARVA NYAMUK PADA CUBANG DI DESA BESAKIH, KECAMATAN RENDANG, KABUPATEN KARANGASEM

Nyamuk berperan sebagai vektor penyakit melalui gigitannya. Keberadaan larva nyamuk pada tempat penampungan air merupakan salah satu cara mengestimasi kepadatan populasi dan faktor risiko penularan yang ditularkan oleh nyamuk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui studi fauna cubang (tempat tradisional) di Desa Besakih, Kecamatan Rendang Kabupaten Karangasem. dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif menggunakan potong lintang. Sampel dipilih berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dilihat distribusi spesies, volume cubang, kedalaman keberadaan ikan, kondisi cubang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari 23 diteliti, terdapat 7 positif (30,4%). Larva paling banyak ditemukan adalah Culex sp. bervolume sedang (71,4%). Berdasarkan hanya memiliki dangkal (100%). lebih tidak berisi ikan semua terbuka (57,1%) 3 tertutup (42,9%).
